All our products are handcrafted which means each item can be slightly different from the other which gives it a lovely handmade feel.
If any product is out of order, you can choose to be notified via email and we will send you a notification as soon as the item is in stock again.
SHIPPING & PAYMENTS
Everything at Airphish is made with love and that includes our packaging. We package each order carefully in a beautiful eco-friendly gift box. We only ship through premium courier services to ensure that your order reaches in good condition and within the timeframe.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be provided at the time of check out, before making any payments. The shipping rates are different for domestic and international delivery.
If the delivery fails on account of wrong information by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ), costs of re-delivery will have to be paid by you. We request you to recheck your shipping information before making the payment to avoid any delay or return of your purchase.
All orders are processed from our studio in Delhi and we aim to make the order reach you within 7 business days from receipt of payment. For international orders, shipment time is within 7-10 days.
Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are non working days.
DUTIES & TAXES:
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in the Shipping Charges and has to be paid by the customer. Duty fee will vary from country to country and has to be paid at the time of delivery upon submission of invoice by our shipping agent.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
No returns or exchanges will be offered on orders which are delivered in perfect condition.
If there is any damage to the product during the transit, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at
+91 8447205424 or email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, address and image of the damaged item. We will revert back within 48 business hours.
